No investment advice
Training discusses charting methods for educational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a promise of trading results. You remain responsible for your own market decisions.
Enquiries and enrolment
Submitting the contact form requests information or a seat reservation conversation. A binding enrolment begins only when both parties confirm dates, fees, and participation terms in writing (email is sufficient). Published prices are informational and may change before confirmation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape content for redistribution, or submit false contact details. Workshop materials provided to enrolled students remain for personal study unless we grant written permission otherwise.
Intellectual property
Site copy, curriculum outlines, and downloadable materials we supply remain the property of Panel Brook Core Institute or their respective owners. Public chart images used for illustration are sourced from third-party image hosts and remain subject to those hosts’ licences.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for trading losses, indirect damages, or decisions you make after attending training. Our liability related to a paid programme is limited to fees paid for that programme.
