Refund and cancellation policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for a confirmed training seat or mentorship block. Deposits and full fees are treated as stated in your confirmation email. This site does not process payments; refunds are handled offline after we verify the original payment method.

Timeframe

• Full refund: cancellation received in writing at least 14 days before the programme start date.
• Partial refund (50% of fees paid): cancellation between 13 and 7 days before the start date.
• No refund: cancellation within 6 days of the start date, or after the programme has begun, except where required by Thai consumer law or where we cancel the programme.

Non-refundable items

Printed workbooks or chart overlays already prepared for a named attendee after the 14-day window, and third-party venue costs we cannot recover, may be deducted from an otherwise eligible refund when itemised in your confirmation.

How to request a refund

Email studio@panel-brookcore.click with your full name, programme title, confirmed dates, and reason for the request. You may also call 02 692 205 783. We acknowledge requests within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days using the original payment method when possible, or another mutually agreed bank transfer within Thailand.

Cancellation by the institute

If we cancel a programme (for example, instructor illness or insufficient enrolment), you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a later date at no extra fee.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the start date and subject to available seats. Later reschedules may be treated as cancellations under the timeline above.

Deposits, no-shows, and work already started

Deposits secure a seat and follow the same timeline as full fees unless your confirmation states otherwise. No-shows without prior notice are not refundable. Mentorship sessions already delivered are charged; unused remaining sessions in a four-session block may be refunded proportionally if cancelled under the 14-day rule measured from the next unused session.

Purchased materials

Physical materials handed to you during a programme are not returnable for refund. Unused materials still at the studio may be withheld from shipment if a full refund is approved before the start date.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or travel restrictions may qualify for a goodwill transfer or partial refund outside the standard timeline at our discretion. Trading losses after training are never grounds for a refund.
